Mr. Washington have over twenty-five years of management experience. He's also a Certified Federal Trainer with over twenty years of government experience. He's a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist with over ten years of counseling expertise. 
Mr. Washington was the Project Director for Supportive Employment for Mental Heath Association of Tarrant County. This program was responsible for helping people with a disability obtain employment. In addition, Mr. Washington served as Trainer/Mentor for the Dallas VA hospital. In this capacity, he oversaw the regional 17 vista training for all Supportive Employment Job Developers, conducted site visits and program evaluations of all seven VA hospitals, and collaborated with numerous agencies to effectively meet the needs of the community.  He was responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations, state, and local laws that ensured all veterans and persons with a disability have an opportunity to obtain employment.
Mr. Washington developed and administered a variety of curricula including leadership training, organizational development, employee retention, ex-offender re-entry, time management, job search and employment readiness, business ethics, how to apply for a government job and veteran programs. He conducted training in colleges, government funded agencies, faith-based organizations, private companies, nonprofit agencies, health care institutions, and the VA hospitals. He is also a national and local conference and workshop/seminar speaker.
Mr. Washington specializes in the hiring process for getting a federal government job and provide personal one-on-one training for those who are stuck with some aspect of their job searching.
